What size of business is Karitm suited to?
From small businesses with a handful of users to multi-company, multi-branch groups. The modular structure lets you start with a small core and grow without changing platform.
How does migration from our current software work?
The implementation team migrates your chart of accounts, contacts, items and opening balances, then reconciles the data with you. Timing is usually aligned with the start of a new fiscal period.
Where is the data stored?
According to your organisation's policy: on our cloud infrastructure or on your own servers. In both cases access is role-based and backups run on a regular schedule.
Is it aligned with tax-authority requirements?
Yes. Electronic invoice submission and tax compliance are part of the sales & purchasing module, and are updated as regulations change.
How is it priced?
By the modules you enable and the number of concurrent users. After a short conversation about your processes, we put together a matching proposal.
What about support and training?
Onboarding training for key users, in-app documentation and support on working days. Updates are applied without any action on your side.
How many companies and fiscal periods can run at once?
There is no limit on companies or fiscal periods, and you switch between them without leaving the system. Consolidated group reporting is built on the same structure.
How precisely can user permissions be defined?
Down to the form, the operation and even individual report columns, with an audit log of every change, so each document has clear ownership.
Can it connect to other systems and software?
Yes. Karitm exposes an API, and payment gateways, tax filing, attendance devices and online shops are common integrations.
What happens if the internet goes down?
Data lives on the server, and work resumes exactly where it stopped once the connection returns. For on-premise deployments, the system also runs on your internal network.
How long does implementation take?
Usually a few working days for small businesses and a few weeks for multi-branch organisations; the exact window is confirmed after reviewing your processes and initial data volume.
